Explore the Anacostia Riverwalk Trail
The Anacostia River is seen as second fiddle to the grand old Potomac, but have you pedaled these paths? The plan is for twenty miles of trails to ultimately line this river, and the first twelve sure are looking good. Join us to roll along the river and explore southeast and southwest DC. This is a great ride for parents with children or for adults riding on their own. We may clank along the Navy Yard river walk, pedal some of the beautiful new footbridges and woodsy paths lining the water, gawk at the ballpark, or visit the splash park for a refreshing break and snack. Quite simply, we love what’s happening over here along the Anacostia Riverwalk Trail. Come outside and take a look.
